Twitter update:
1. Open Updates. (automatically download is set to always)
2. Click on update on twitter scope
Expected behaviour:
Update doesn't have to be downloaded anymore and installs immediately.
Behavior I get:
Update starts downloading. I can pauze and continue the download.

Thank you for your bug report, what do you do exactly? The autodownload
doesn't apply updates for you, just download them, you still need to
open the updates panel and click the install button

I don't have any updates available at the moment. I'll put a complete
description when I have another update available. What I remember is that
the update still had to be downloaded. Also all the buttons said download
and the progress bar said downloading...
