Public bug reported:
When I install it from synaptic, it gives me an error message sayng that the
installed subprocess post-installation script gives the error state 1.
In Synaptic, the package seems to be correctly installed, but I'm not sure it
works correctly. Everytime I install some other package, it gives me an error
message referring to phppgadmin.
