steps to reproduce:
1. Go to system settings
2. Go to updates
3. Download update
Expected behaviour:
Button next to download bar says "pauze" while it is downloading
Behaviour I get:
Button next to download says "Resume". Pressing the button pauzes the download.
Pressing the button again resumes the download and changes the button to
"resume".
** Affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
