Accepted unity-settings-daemon into wily-proposed. The package will
build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/unity-settings-daemon/15.04.1+15.10.20151029-0ubuntu1 in a few hours,
and then in the -proposed repository.

It seems that unity-settings-daemon does initialize sources property
of org.gnome.desktop.input-sources for ibus only, doesn't for fcitx.
I sent MP to upstream. please review it.

I confirmed similar issue on Ubuntu and Ubuntu Kylin.
Fcitx register JP and US keyboard layout and does not register Mozc
automatically.
Other Ubuntu flavors have no problem.
And it does not happen on Guest session.
