kblueplugd fails to start due to some python-code lines appearing before the 
#!/usr/bin/python-line
I don't know if the lines:
"import commands

x = commands.getstatusoutput('ps ax|grep rotatelogs')[1]
"
are even supposed to be used in that file, at least I can't see any reference 
to the variable x anywhere.
(This causes some really strange side-effects, like running "import" and 
creating files called "commands" at interesting places)
