Closing, as it is not a bug with gramps, and a non-distro version of
gramps was installed. In anycase, I will be adding a Conflicts/Replaces
stanza to Gramps 4.2.0 so that switching back to the distro gramps
after installing the upstream one will go a bit smoother in the future.
