I think that there are still some instances of ubuntu being used where it
should say xubuntu. I'm cleaning them up, but have only worked through
two xml files thus far. I think there's more.

First off, the one in basic-commands has a comment: !-- Please leave
indentation as is--
Since Im not sure what this means I'll just leave it alone
In the add-applications I could only find one reference to Ubuntu, and
that was something about downloading from the Ubuntu website, which I
guess
