Workaround: set backend from gconf to flat-file. This bug is actually somewhere in gconf, because compiz uses standard windowmanager keys for shortcuts. Also, you will have some problems, when trying to use Super key as modifier, since standard keybinding tool doesn't support it as modifier, but
