This seems to be the same cause as bug #1514764 (status: confirmed)
Remark:
1. This bug is already corrected in the xenial version
2. Manually removing one line from the python code should help
sudo gedit /usr/lib/sshuttle/server.py
remove line ~223 which is
assert latency_control is not No

What do you think should I do to get this bug in Ubuntu fixed? I do not
think I have to compile it myself.
