Public bug reported: Usually, we don't use a constant proxy every where. When I am at home, I use a local proxy on my raspberry-pi, but when I am at university, I use the proxy server of the university, when I use my phone as a hot-spot, I want to use no proxy And when I am at a public network, I prefer to use local tor proxy. So I think the proxy should be a property of the connection, just like the DNS address, not a system-wide option.
