Usually, we don't use a constant proxy every where. When I am at home, I
use a local proxy on my raspberry-pi, but when I am at university, I use
the proxy server of the university, when I use my phone as a hot-spot, I
want to use no proxy And when I am at a public network, I prefer to use
local tor proxy. So I think the proxy should be a property of the
connection, just like the DNS address, not a system-wide option.
