bearer-nm-disconnect-ap-signals6.patch from bug #1480877 that includes a
fix for both u-s-s crasher bug #1523975 and a potential fix to too many
wifi scanning updates bug
I can confirm the patch in silo 5 fixes the system-settings crash on the
desktop

As it's not clear from the description, reproducing this requires adding
the overlay PPA as a software source to a vivid desktop, then installing
ubuntu-system-settings, which in turn will pull in all the required Qt
bits.
