Public bug reported:
When using Onboard with the Small layout, the layout for Russian is missing the
letter Cyrillic Ж (je).
Steps to reproduce:
1) Set up the input in Russian language in the System Preferences.
2) Start Onboard
3) Switch to Russian language
4) The last letter in the second row should be Ж (je) for Russian, not '
(apostrophe).
