In my case the problem appears only with the plastique theme.
Could you please run qtconfig-qt4, change the GUI style to something
else (like Cleanlooks) and see if you still have this issue?

I tried and yes it's working. I changed the style and I was able to
nodify the size of the window. I tried to come back to plastick and it's
working fine now. Perhaps it was a problem with the configuration in my
home directory from feisty. Thanks.

So if you now *start* wengophone when the theme setting is Plastique
you do not have the problem any longer?
I am asking it, because, in my case, I can switch to plastique without
any problem if wengohone is running, but I still have this issue if the
setting is plastique when I start wengophone.
I tried to restart with the theme plastique and the problem came back
but not with the theme cleanlooks.

I'm on a fresh install from an alt CD (ubuntustudio i386) and wengo has
reproduced the big windows from the get go for me. Like

Seems that the binary of version 2.1.1 from upstream does not have this
issue. Note that they are shipping a private version of qt library. I'll
do some checks.

I confirm the same bug on WengoPhone with a huge horizontal window and a huge
vertical window that cannot be resized.
Gutsy + fglrx 64 bits driver + Compiz
The same problem with OpenOffice writer with a confimation window that
occupyes the whole sreen (fullscreen) and that cannot be neither
I am quite sure this is the same problem as bug #149491
Are you using compiz and amd64 architecture?

I have window border but can not resize it. Another remark, the beta
version on wengo website are working fine (for the window, the sound
it's another problem).
