That package acutally ships two indistinguishable .desktop files, so
there's nothing gnome-software can do about

Unsure but it looks like that could be due to deja-dup, that 3 .desktops
deja-dup.desktop is what the appstream data refears to but it is
NoDisplay=true which makes gnome-software filter it out
the other entries are the preferences/settings panel but those use X
-Appstream-Ignore
so it seems
