Tested and verified in an up-to-date xenial amd64 VM, with webbrowser-
app 0.23+16.04.20161028-0ubuntu2.

I installed webapp-container-autopilot in the VM and ran successfully
the webapp_container test suite. All the tests passed.

Accepted webbrowser-app into xenial-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/webbrowser-
app/0.23+16.04.20161028-0ubuntu2 in a few hours, and then in the
-proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package.  See

to enable and use -proposed.Your feedback will aid us getting this
update out to other Ubuntu users.
