I think this is a dup, but we need more data/feedback to sort things out.

Hi,
we really should add more readable debug output to the service.
The problem is that after install it wants to start it with the default
configuration which seems to fail on some systems.
I'd think that upgrading from (no more supported) Wily to Xenial should help.
