The "Config file:", etc. lines are filtered by this in the dhcpd service
script:
($line =~ /^[^ ]* file: /)
That was added by commit 42c445dd dated 2018-10-02
The reuse_lease messages are still uncaught, so will need a filter
added.

These appear to just be informational warnings about DHCP renewals, it
sounds like they may be seen with some DHCP configurations, but are not
necessarily an indication of an actual problem. Logwatch should
probably just filter them.
