[Bug 158035] Re: fonts are not in the same format after the last update of ooo
Confirmed issues on both Ubuntu openoffice.org 1:2.4.0~rc2-1ubuntu3 (ods) and upstream's openoffice.org 2.4.0~rc2 (odt), so apparently there is bugs in both upstream and ooo-build. ** Changed in: openoffice.org (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided => Low Assignee: Chris Cheney (ccheney) => (unassigned) Status: Incomplete => Confirmed ** Summary changed: - fonts are not in the same format after the last update of ooo + [ooo-build] [hardy] fonts are not in the same format after the last update of ooo -- [ooo-build] [hardy] fonts are not in the same format after the last update of ooo https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/158035 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 158035] Re: fonts are not in the same format after the last update of ooo
Thanks for Your answer, I installed 7.10 on a computer saturday and had the same problem. Looking for my files, I found that only documents are disturbed, that originally are written in MS-Word 2.0 to 7.0/2000. Later on I had no MS OS. Therefore all these documents I converted to *sxd in 2004 I think. Since I installed Ubuntu 6.10 I saved all files when I changed them to *.odt. In the attachment is a file, I describe. The original length is 7 sides and now there are 8. [Bug 158035] Re: fonts are not in the same format after the last update of ooo
I experience the same problem. An oocalc-2.2 file with default cell heights opens with much larger default cell heights (0.17" versus 0.22") when using oocalc-2.3 (Ubuntu-7.10). Also the charts have wrong fonts but giving them focus (double-click) restores the correct fonts (a weird effect actually). Also the included pictures are vertically distorted (longer than in oocalc on Ubuntu 7.04). The document is included. best regards, Jan van der Steen ** Attachment added: "Demo of vertical stretch of oocalc document" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/10205029/biljart-draw.ods -- fonts are not in the same format after the last update of ooo https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/158035 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 158035] Re: fonts are not in the same format after the last update of ooo
Ernst, Can you try Ubuntu 7.10 and see if that resolves your problem? If not can you include an example file that exhibits the problem so I can look at it myself?
