Public bug reported: I have Ubuntu 16.04 installed and fully updated. I did a clean install. The problem is, every time i install a new app, be it via software center or apt or deb file, when i search it in dash right after the installation, the app doesn't show up. After a logout and log back the app starts to show up on dash. I did several clean install to reproduce the issue and the issue persisted.
