It's a new fresh install, with dist-upgrade.
I just install 4.6 kernel (Linux MSI-I7 4.6.0-040600-generic #201605151930) and

I just made a new install + dist-upgrade + differents grub options :
- I need to put "apci=off" for installation and booting, otherwise I can't go
in my session (from apci=off, apci=ht, apci=noirq, pci=noacpi, pnpacpi=off,
noapic, nolapic)
