When trying to power off, the system restarts immediately.
I am using Ubuntu 7.10 on an Intel D865PERL motherboard with a Pentium
4. I already explored all BIOS options, but nothing helped. I do not
have this problem with Windows XP, nor with Ubuntu Live CDs.
