Kubuntu has the fixed 16.04.3 packaged staged in ppas. May be subject to a much delayed (due to developer availability problems) FFe, which would include said update. Should that FFe not fly, then can get a fix done. kscd is now the last reverse-dependency of libmusicbrainz3 in yakkety. It also shows as having no reverse-dependencies, and is not seeded. This bug is fixed in Debian. Should we not just sync the new version of kscd from Debian?
