Followed the commands and nothing happened that I could see. Entered all 
3 commands ok with no results after each entry.

List that showed from from your 2nd email commands.

This is what I see in the Terminal when I try different things.

I didn't think this was a bug in squid. Just the way it came up in the
report. Wanting to figure out this issue so I can continue with the
upgrade to 16.04.1. Any ideas ?

Seems that I can't access software updater, Ubuntu Software Centre now. Why?
Help with this bug description would be great. Is it a 16.04.1 or 14.04 issue 
as I was trying to upgrade from 14.04 to 16.04.1 ?
