Public bug reported:

New Ubuntu 16.04, when using i3 instead of the default window manager
most of the icons are missing. see picture -

Also, I see this output in the terminal: '(unity-control-center:30149):
WARNING **: Couldn't connect to accessibility bus: Failed to connect to
socket /tmp/dbus-C0aH1WkQr3: Connection refused'

I reported it to i3 (https://github.com/i3/i3/issues/2430) but I was
told it's unity-control-center issue.
