"Grabbing" mouse cursor not shown when moving window on first press.
** Description changed:
To reproduce on an unity8 desktop session:
1. Open a window
2. Press on the window decoration to start dragging the window
Expected behavior:
The "grabbing" mouse is shown.
Actual behavior:
- The "grabbing" mouse is now shown until first mouse motion.
