I'm not sure how to find the answer to your question. The power measurement was made using powertop. lsusb says "Validity Sensors, Inc. Fingerprint Reader" Does that help? upd If I disable fingerprint scanner in BIOS the problem is gone. But when it's enabled the power consumption is high and the device is active all the time: 5.55 W100,0%DeviceUSB device: usb-device-138a-0017 It also blinks for a long after I enroll.
