Public bug reported: None of the php7.0 packages can be properly configured by dpkg returning error 135, while all other packages, including php-ones seem to work fine.
Example: php-common installs and configures OK, php7.0-common installs correctly, but dpkg reports error 135 after trying to read postinst files. Temporary removing postinst allows dpkg to config, but php.ini is not generated and there may be more configuration issues. Same for php-cgi and php7.0-cgi. Php command now works from command line (generated phpinfo), but not on a web-server. The occasional I/O errors did not affect the other OS running on this computer.
