[Bug 1626721] Re: OwnCloud account does not accept IP address.
Hi, I get the same symptom with a trusted certificate. Is there a minimal required version of owncloud ? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1626721 Title: OwnCloud account does not accept IP address. [Bug 1626721] Re: OwnCloud account does not accept IP address.
Seems like I spoke too son, the URL is definitely tried: qml: Trying host https://myserver/~myuser as : qml: response: qml: callback called: false Seems like it's not receiving any answer, but I can guarantee that it is accessible. Maybe it *is* my self-signed certificate which makes it impossible for this to fetch? On an unrelated note, I get a ton of those: file:///usr/share/accounts/qml-plugins/owncloud/Main.qml:4:1: QML Main: Binding loop detected for property "contentHeight" Should I lock them as separate ticket? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1626721 Title: OwnCloud account does not accept IP address. [Bug 1626721] Re: OwnCloud account does not accept IP address.
Hi Robert! "Invalid host URL" is a generic message. Please try connecting to the phone with the phablet-shell command and run this: OAU_LOGGING_LEVEL=2 OAU_DAEMON_TIMEOUT= online-accounts-service Then try creating the account again in your phone, and you should see some output from the command above. If you could then attach that output to this bug, that should show us what exactly is going wrong. ** Package changed: ubuntu-system-settings-online-accounts (Ubuntu) => account-plugins (Ubuntu) ** Changed in: account-plugins (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1626721 Title: OwnCloud account does not accept IP address.
