In the Western Mind (different from the Eastern Mind, ie. Japan, etc.)
processes information from left to right and top to bottom. This is why
the Menue Bar should have the option to move it to the bottom of the
screen.
The menue bar is little used, primarily to Shut Down the system.
So ... inste
I like bottom panel too. It can make better chrome experience without
any top border.
