Permission denied might be because it was a service, not a user program that crashed. It failing with sudo is probably because apport is still disabled for Zesty. See /etc/apport/crashdb.conf and look for "problem_types". ** Changed in: apport (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You
