Public bug reported: Transmission throws an invaild argument errors when the torrent contains any file/folder paths with special characters such '&' ',' on vfat filesystems. It works without problem on ext* partition. Perhaps transmission filesystems handling can check first while running such mkdir operations on a vfat.
