Ping says that pl.archive.ubuntu.com points to ubuntu.task.gda.pl which indeed does not seem to be in sync with main server. Some other Polish mirrors, like ftp.icm.edu.pl seem to be up to date. So the problem is with some mirrors having issues with syncing with main server.
