Public bug reported:

Grub is damaged.

Cannot reinstall linux.

Already tried boot recovery tools like boot repaire
and mbr fix on windows.
Also tried to delete EFI files ubuntu directory on EFI windows partition.

Still getting the same error.

Title:
  Tryed everything... grub is not installing, I had previous install of
  linux and had to uninstall, since then install always fails at grub,
  tried boot-repair, tried deleting UEFI files in windows. nothinf seems
  to work
