It doesn't work. Transmission speed is very poor even after that.

sudo sed -i 's/wifi.powersave = 3/wifi.powersave = 2/'
/etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
as one line, then reboot and see if your wifi is improved
