Ubuntu personal store will need to be seeded. (see lp:1678249) It will be a bit confusing to have this and the gnome-software store available but not equally represented. On Xenial, this will open the apps store scope if it is installed (which might not be true by default) and on zesty this is supposed to open the snappy store, which at this point is not fully completed yet...
