This is no longer an issue, as it was very easy to resolve. I had to
remove the click directory complete with all data includes. Then reinstall
utilizing the new pip tool. Sorry for not informing at the time. Many

Does this happen because Ubuntu created its own `click` package that is
not the same as the one installed by `pip3 install click`? Maybe this
bug affects users who have installed that other package?
