Hi, my first time to file a ticket in ubuntu group, not sure if this is
the appropriate way to submit such a request.
I found the rapidjson-dev (rapidjson.org) in ubuntu is of 0.12 while the
current version is already 1.1. So just wanna ask if I can help update
the ubuntu rapidjson repo to a higher version.
