Public bug reported:

After suspend, the fan will spin up to high speed and after a few
seconds the system turns off (instantly, no shutdown procedure), then
boots again.

Seems to me like the system thinks it is overheating, when it is clearly
not.

This started happening after the latest kernel update to 4.10.0.27.30;
it does not occur on 4.8.0-58.63.
