Public bug reported:
To reproduce isntall the lubuntu next iso and during the installation
try clicking the website link. I can try multiple times and no
webbrowser opens with the lubuntu website which after it moved should be
http://lubuntu.me Instead I did not launch a window.

I expected the the installer to launch a webbrowser instead I did not get the
