It's a known issue that dbus-user-session causes this problem. You
probably installed this trying to setup unity8 on your system. I'm
closing the bug but please reopen in case it happens again.

Yes it was. Removing dbus-user-session seemed to help. It is a little
bit hard to tell as I seldomly restart (but did to test this). Another
solution that seemed to help (also mentioned in the tilix issue) it
manually running gnome-keyring-daemon (works until next restart).

It 'probably' is some part of Unity that is the right package. I didn't
give a package originally, as I cannot be sure. The guide on finding the
right package doesn't say anything about keyboard shortcuts.
