Tried everything to fix this problem that I know and I've tried solution of
this problem but none of the solutions has worked. So please suggest me

This is an odd error to have:
mysqld: Can't read dir of '/etc/mysql/conf.d/' (Errcode: 2 - No such
file or directory)
Do you indeed not have that directory on your system?
Maybe you should try reinstalling the package:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install --reinstall mysql-server-5.7
