Successfully tested:
Updated my AA VM. Noticed that KDE Frameworks was at 5.37.
$ sudo apt-add-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/staging-frameworks
$ sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade -y && sudo apt autoremove -y
176 updates successfully processed
Re-boot.
Tested the Kicker Application launcher,

We had access to pre-release tarballs for this update on Sat 2nd Sept,
and I have been using the staged packages on my primary Artful system
now for ~ 1 week. I have not experienced any issues.
