Setting Invalid for Xenial, as by policy Ubuntu updates do not generally
update software from one major version to another.
Bug was originally for OpenStack, on Bionic we now have PXC 5.7

The percona repositories do not have Artful support, and also are only
built for x86_64. We need s390x, ppc64el and arm64 as well.
