Public bug reported:

BEHAVIOR
After logging out or letting the screen power off from being idle, unlocking 
the screen and putting int he password, the Dropbox icon isn't in the app 
indicator/system tray anymore. System Monitor still shows the program is 
running in the background.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
That the Dropbox icon would still be there in the top-right app 
indicator/system tray even after the screen powers off from inactivity or the 
use locks the screen.
