Public bug reported:

It seems every SDL2 based software has problem now with 2.0.6 release of
libsdl. In my case it's only an annoying message, but as far as I see,
it can be more serious as well. I've reported the problem and they noted
it has been fixed recently. Please - if possible - make this patch into
the ubuntu package as well. Reference:
