More strangeness. Open the users panel in control center with a webcam
takes > 20 seconds. If I rmmod uvcvideo then it opens immediately.

Tried unplugging camera, problems are gone. Cheese is starting instantly (with
camera plugged in 33 seconds), shutdown/logout are instant (with camera 25- 30
sec, didn't measure exact time).
