Intel is introducing Field Programmable Array (FPGA) capabilities. The
FPGA can be integrated into the Xeon package (MCP) or a discrete PCI bus
device (DCP).  The integrated on the CPU package (MCP) will be smaller
capacity but faster.  The PCI device (DCP) will be larger capacity but
slower.
