Very odd. I see exactly the behaviour reported here. I have:
1. Installed xsensors
2. Run `xsensors-detect` and allowed it to update /etc/modules (it has added
it87 and k8temp modules)
3. Rebooted
4. (In case it made any difference) Ran `sensors -s`
It looks as if xsensors has broken
Hmm. It looks like this must be bug #73405, allegedly fixed (presumably
upstream, as yet...)
