Excuse me :( - I move RNB-files and move pictures(!), but do not change
picture`s path in RNB-notes...
Q1: Can user make relative link to picture - "./" (for example) - and
forget about path-problems?
Now, when picture`s path or name content non-ASCII characters it do not
show in RNB, but correct
