Allow easily adding holiday calendars
This might land in 1.0b1 that is the last release of Sunbird, There is
no info on if and when they will continue to support Sunbird. The last
version will be 1.0b1 they will not release a final version of Sunbird
as it stand. Lightning will continue on.
